- Take the whole thing under your tongue, and swoosh it around with the water. This is sublingual dosing which increases bioavailability. Do this for about 15 seconds.
- Finally, once you’re done with that, swallow the melatonin powder with the glass of water.
- Take great care when scooping and dumping the melatonin powder. It is very fine. Bits and pieces dropped here and there may trigger sneezes.

The Only Side Effect
